POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN USING ANY AUTO ACCEPT SOFTWARE

1. Auto accept software can accept orders on your behalf, but there needs to be orders that are available. Many agents are approved with a number of BPO vendors, but don't ever see any orders. Bottom line: If you are not MISSING orders, our software will not help you.

2. Auto accept software doesn't discriminate by zip code, due date of the order, type of order or the amount of the payment. Some BPO vendors are known for making orders available outside the geographic area that the agent has agreed to service. Manually you could choose to not accept these orders, but our software will automatically accept any order that is available by the BPO vendor that you sign up with. This can especially be a problem for agents located near state lines or who could be getting orders outside their MLS jurisdiction. If you know which companies are ignoring your zip code service areas you may wish to not set them up in an auto-accept program.

3. Our software will not tell you how many orders it has accepted on your behalf, there-fore you will need to be able to turn off the auto-accepter when you have received enough orders for the day. You should also be prepared for the fact that you could get a flood of orders (good news!), but with short delivery times.

4. Our trial version comes with the option of choosing ONLY 5 different BPO vendors to choose from for orders. You can modify which five companies whenever you want, but until we come out of beta testing we will not be able to set up more than five.

Taking into account the above points of concern, we certainly would recommend that our software not only works, but works VERY WELL! We invite you to take a test spin and see if it works for you!
